The service is very quick and very informative- in fact, more so than the physical doctor I went to see. This service has the chance to revolutionize dermatology as we know it for one simple reason, the service allows you to upload photos and has caring doctors. While some other sites offer caring doctors, none are as streamlined, have Western doctors, and allow you to upload photos (huge). In a dermatologist world, a photo is worth 1000 words, and in fact, in residency dermatologist study case photos. Unless something is urgent, I see no real reason to step foot in a dermatologist office again. In the US, dermatologist are hard to get appointments with and would rather perform cosmetic procedures on you (ie botox, filler, etc)than answer questions about a legitimate skin condition.
