Dr Attili is God's gift to Americans in the UK that cannot comprehend the red tape, or let's wait and watch attitude which seems to personify the NHS. Fortunately I was blessed with top of the line medical care in the USA and so when I came to the UK and needed help with my skin, I was left chasing NHS appointment admin staff, secretaries, and even van drivers where they said my appointment recommendation letter from the GP was stuck in. This went on for days and my body was on fire everyday without being seen by a dermatologist. I even paid 200£ and visited a private dermatologist who did not diagnose the situation very well. Enter Dr, Kiran - He shows up on Google top results, he has great testimonials and credentials and a smiling demeanor. I left a message on his site and within an hour he had taken my history, over the phone with pictures, diagnosed me, prepared a solid treatment plan and briefed me and made me immediately feel hopeful. Within a day he had faxed the letter to my GP and gotten me the meds I needed until I got to see the NHS dermatologist here. Which I am still waiting for my referral letter stuck in some Van. Now - that is what I call patient care and proactive service.
